ALLAN MURAGE

Allan Murage serves as the Head Accountant in our organisation. He is an undergraduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce: Finance Option.

The roles of the Head Accountant are as follows:

Preparation of the monthly financial report by the 10th of every month
Preparation and analysis of annual reports and present them to the Board and the auditor.
Preparation of special reports upon request by the management
Checking and verifying the material orders for the GGAN, HOTGS, and LLA
Checking and verifying cheque forms for the organization
Analyzing, checking and reconciling invoices for payment
Preparation of the annual budget for the organization
Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports for the donors
Preparation of special donor report upon request
Ensuring sufficient funds are allocated to the various departments and specified projects
Ensuring proper utilization of all resources allocated to departments and specified projects
Preparation of the monthly payroll for the entire organization
Verification of progress and payment of projects approved by the overseer
Preparation, submission and payment of all statutory deductions e.g. NHIF, PAYE, NSSF, and HELB
