REVEREND DOUGLAS KANG'ETHE

Douglas Kang'ethe serves as the Director of the Mercy Ministry. Before being a Director, Rev. Douglas served as the Manager of the Home of the Good Shepherd from 2006 to 2012. In 2012, he was promoted to the position of Director of the Mercy Ministry.

Married to Angeline. 

Reverend Douglas got Saved in 2003 in GGFAN with the help of Bishop Simon Mwaura who preached to him. He became a praise and worship member and was later appointed as a pastor. In 2018, he was ordained as a Reverend. He oversees the GGFAN Nakuru Region and pastors at GGFAN Kikopey church. He is married and has three children.

The roles of the Director of the Mercy Ministry:

• Ensuring the provision of basic needs and education to the needy, least-reached, and unreached
• Ensuring a fair distribution of famine relief
• Using the available opportunities to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ
• Submission of MONTHLY reports to the General Overseer and the GGFAN partners
• Ensuring PROPER utilization and maintenance of ALL resources allocated to the department
