Roles as an administrative assistant include:

  • Taking minutes, maintaining diaries and data processing.
  • Handling office telephone calls, arranging meetings and scheduling appointments.
  • Managing office protocol, attending and vetting of office visitors.
  • Operating office equipment e.g. photocopying and scanning documents.
  • Maintaining an up to date filling system of all Board Members, GGFAN Churches and their pastors.
  • Managing the office reception.
  • Making necessary arrangement for foreign visitor’s trips e.g. booking their accommodation itinerary and other needs.
  • Acting as the organization overall bank agent.
  • Overall kitchen and General Overseer’s office management.
  • Performing any other duties that may be assigned by the management.
